These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SNQ Hub live-event operations platform, including the SNQ Hub mobile app and the websites at snqhub.com and app.snqhub.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Compact Octane LLC ("SNQ Hub," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service serves two kinds of users. Organizers (and the operators they authorize) create and run events, manage branding and schedules, publish announcements, and purchase paid plans. Attendees view an organizer's live event page, typically without an account. These Terms apply to both, except where a section is expressly limited to one.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
To register as an organizer you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is provided through a third-party identity platform; you must comply with its terms as well. Notify us promptly at info@snqhub.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
SNQ Hub provides tools for organizers to publish live schedules, status updates, timed calls, announcements (including optional voice announcements), attendee notifications, branding, sponsor placement, and event analytics, and for attendees to view that information in real time. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
"Organizer Content" means the schedules, text, announcements, images, logos, sponsor materials, documents, and other content you upload or publish through the Service. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your Organizer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your attendees (including generating voice audio from announcement text and delivering notifications).
You are solely responsible for your Organizer Content and your events, and you represent that you have all rights necessary to publish it and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, for how you run your event, and for any communications you send to attendees.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service, other users, or third parties.
Attendees may view an organizer's event page without an account. By opening an event page you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and not to disrupt, overload, or tamper with the Service or the event. Information you see on an event page is controlled by the organizer, not by us, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of an organizer's schedules, announcements, or other content.
Paid plans, one-time setup fees, per-event fees, season plans, and enterprise arrangements are described at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable amounts. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us.
Payment card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
Voice announcements are generated using a third-party text-to-speech provider (ElevenLabs), and the Service relies on other third-party providers such as Google Firebase / Google Cloud and Apple Push Notification service. Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.
The Service, including its software, design, and the SNQ Hub name and marks, is owned by Compact Octane LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not use our name or marks without our prior written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, content licenses necessary to provide the Service, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANNOUNCEMENTS, NOTIFICATIONS, OR AUDIO WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY OR FAILURE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE AND LAWFUL OPERATION OF YOUR EVENTS; THE SERVICE IS A TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOUR OWN JUDGMENT, SAFETY PROCEDURES, OR OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPACT OCTANE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compact Octane LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Organizer Content, your events, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise subject to an agreed alternative resolution, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@snqhub.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
